Q Can your X-ray counter finish counting all reels within 7–10 seconds? Does it depend on the component quantity?

Yes, the counting speed is related to the quantity of components.

Counting four reels at once will take longer than counting a single reel. In addition, small, dense reels also count slower than larger, lighter reels. Even so, the total time difference is only a few seconds at most.
Q What official certificates do you have?

We hold a full range of domestic and international certificates, including FDA, CE, ISO 9001, exemption license and radiation safety license.

Q Why are X-ray tubes divided into separate type and integrated type?
Comparison Items
 Integrated X-ray Tube
Split X-ray Tube
Structural Features
Integrated design, single shell, no external high-voltage cable
Split modular design, dual components (control unit + source) with external connecting pipelines
 Voltage & Power
 Low voltage & low power
 High voltage & high power
 Heat Dissipation & Working Mode
 Air cooling, short-term intermittent operation
 Water/oil cooling, 24-hour continuous full-load operation
Size & Weight
Compact and lightweight, easy to install
Large and heavy, fixed installation required
Application Working Conditions
Thin & light workpiece detection, portable equipment, intermittent operation
Thick & heavy metal detection, industrial online, long-term operation
Cost & Maintenance
Low cost, no complex maintenance required
High cost, regular pipeline maintenance required

Summary:The integrated X-ray tube features high integration, compactness, light weight and simple operation and maintenance, suitable for low-power and intermittent detection scenarios of thin and light workpieces.

The split X-ray  tube has stronger performance and excellent heat dissipation, supporting all-weather continuous operation, and can meet the high-power and high-penetration detection requirements of heavy industry.

Their core difference lies in structural integration, which directly determines the power performance, working duration and applicable working conditions of the equipment.
Q What is the maximum material length counter can handle?

The drawer size of our X-ray counter is 430mm (L) × 430mm (W). However, this does not mean it can only count materials within 430mm. It can be placed diagonally, and any material up to 609mm in length is supported.

Q How soon will I receive a quotation or reply after sending an inquiry?
