Factory Tour

In the raw material procurement process, the factory will carefully select high-quality component suppliers to ensure that the electronic components, mechanical structural parts, and other raw materials used in the production of X-ray detection equipment meet the quality standards. This way, the product quality can be controlled from the very beginning.

Entering the production assembly stage, the production line adopts standardized operation procedures. Skilled technical workers skillfully assemble various components according to precise manufacturing requirements. Each step undergoes strict quality inspection to ensure the installation accuracy and connection stability of each component of the equipment. For example, when installing the system, high-precision instruments are used for calibration to ensure the accuracy of the detection.

After the assembly is completed, the equipment will enter the debugging and testing stage. Through simulating actual testing scenarios, various performance indicators of the equipment will be tested, such as the intensity of radiation, the clarity of imaging, and the sensitivity of detection. Only when all the performance indicators of the equipment fully meet the factory standards will they be labeled as qualified and enter the packaging stage.

Finally, these devices will be neatly placed in specific areas of the factory and await shipment, helping customers efficiently control the quality of the products.
