Shenzhen Weiming Optoelectricity Co., Ltd. has launched its new micro-focus X-ray inspection equipment, the X8800, empowering quality inspection across multiple industries with its high precision, flexibility, and safety.
In terms of hardware, the equipment utilizes an open-type X-ray tube (no lifespan limit, only filament replacement required), paired with a 5-inch high-definition digital flat panel detector (1536x1536 resolution, 20 frames/second), achieving a minimum resolution of 1μm. The 400x400mm carbon fiber stage has a 10KG load capacity, supports 5-axis linkage, and the flat panel detector can tilt 60° and rotate 360°. The fastest inspection speed is 3 seconds per point, with a geometric magnification of 2500X. ACT/PCT 3D CT functionality is also available as an option.
The software is user-friendly, requiring only two hours of training to learn. It supports parameter storage and retrieval, automatic navigation (point-and-view), and features automatic bubble rate calculation, distance/angle/circularity measurement, and automatic identification of defects such as BGA solder bridging and bubbles.
In terms of safety, it is equipped with a leaded glass observation window, double door interlocking, and an emergency stop button. Currently, this equipment has been applied in fields such as BGA, PCB, IC, LED, and automotive components.
