The X6000 system features a sealed micro-focus X-ray tube with a lifespan exceeding 10,000 hours and maintenance-free operation. With a maximum tube voltage of 90kV and a tube current of 200μA, combined with a 5μm micro-focus, it achieves high-precision penetration inspection. The new-generation 5-inch high-definition digital flat panel detector (FPD) boasts an effective detection area of ​​130mm × 130mm, a resolution of 1536 × 1536 pixels, and a frame rate of 20fps, ensuring clear and smooth imaging.

The equipment features a 420mm x 420mm worktable with a maximum load capacity of 15kg. It supports 3-axis linkage with adjustable speed and offers an optional 360° rotating fixture for comprehensive product inspection from multiple angles. The system boasts a geometric magnification of 150x and a maximum magnification of 1500x, with a fastest inspection speed of only 3.0 seconds per point, balancing accuracy and efficiency.

The X6000 system incorporates an automatic navigation window. After the camera captures an image of the worktable, the user can click on any position in the image, and the worktable will precisely move to the target area and display the result in real time. The software supports inspection program editing, allowing users to save parameters such as Z-axis position, brightness, and contrast for direct recall during the inspection of the same product, significantly improving batch inspection efficiency.

Operationally, the entire process can be controlled via keyboard and mouse. X-ray tube switching and voltage/current adjustment can be achieved through mouse clicks, slider dragging, or direct value input. Image brightness, contrast, gain, and other parameters can be freely adjusted, along with precise adjustment functions such as grayscale thresholding and size filtering, ensuring accurate and reliable test results.

In terms of safety, the system strictly adheres to international standards, with radiation leakage ≤1μSv/h, virtually zero leakage. A transparent lead glass observation window allows real-time observation of the internal testing status while isolating radiation; the window and rear door are equipped with a safety interlock device, immediately cutting off power to the X-ray tube and preventing restarting when opened; an electromagnetic safety switch automatically locks the observation window after X-ray activation, and an emergency stop button is located next to the operating position, providing multiple layers of protection to eliminate safety hazards.

The system boasts rich measurement functions, automatically calculating key data such as solder ball void rate, distance, and area; supporting angle, radius, and perimeter measurements, as well as through-hole welding rate calculations; and allowing manual addition of defect areas for precise calculation. Its applications cover the inspection of electronic components such as BGA solder bridges, IC voids, and LED solder defects, while also being suitable for quality screening of automotive electronics, steel pipe welding gaps, sensors, thyristors, and other products, providing strong support for quality control in precision manufacturing across multiple industries.
