Internal winding misalignment, metal foreign matter, pole piece wrinkles, negative electrode overhang and tab welding voids cannot be detected by visual inspection. Equipped with 5μm microfocus X-ray tube and 60° tilt HD flat panel detector, the X6800 delivers clear multi-angle imaging for cylindrical 18650 cells without losing magnification.
