Recently, Shenzhen Weiming Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., specializing in micro-focus X-Ray inspection systems, officially launched its new generation IL-1000 online fully automated X-Ray component counting machine. This equipment, based on an 80kV micro-focus X-ray source, an ultra-high-definition flat panel detector, and AI deep learning algorithms, achieves high-speed, high-precision, and unmanned fully automated counting of electronic components, providing a one-stop counting solution for SMT, electronic manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics scenarios.

The IL-1000 adopts a fully automated design for loading, scanning, counting, labeling, and unloading. Combined with a robotic arm and NG sorting channel, it can automatically complete carrier reel loading, barcode/QR code scanning, X-Ray transparency counting, label printing and pasting, and OK/NG sorting and unloading, all without human intervention. The equipment supports AGV docking, enabling fully unmanned operation of the entire production line, significantly reducing labor costs and human error.

In terms of core performance, the IL-1000 is equipped with an 80kV long-life, maintenance-free X-ray tube and a 17-inch ultra-high-definition digital flat panel detector, with an effective detection area of ​​430mm × 430mm, capable of identifying micro-components as small as 01005. Its loading speed is as fast as 12 seconds per reel, with outstanding accuracy: ≥99.98% for 01005 components and ≥99.99% for 0201 and larger components. It can reliably handle complex conditions such as full reels, stacked materials, loose materials, and high-volume components.

The equipment is compatible with both automatic and manual modes: automatic mode supports reels up to 15 inches, while manual mode can be expanded to 17 inches, adapting to special scenarios such as moisture-proof bag packaging and overweight/oversized components. The maximum single loading capacity is 200 reels (7 inches/8mm thick), meeting the needs of high-volume continuous production.

As an AI-driven intelligent component counting device, the IL-1000 is equipped with a lifetime free upgrade AI deep learning algorithm. It can automatically learn the aspect ratio, angle, arrangement gradient, image deformation, and other characteristics of components, intelligently recognizing and adapting them without needing to bind component models. Combined with a cloud database, the device uploads counting data and images in real time, with the algorithm continuously optimized and updated in the background, constantly improving recognition accuracy and component coverage.

Simultaneously, the IL-1000 supports integration with MES/ERP/WMS management systems, featuring work order number management, count record query, and data statistics functions. Data is automatically uploaded and traced, meeting the requirements of digital factory management. In terms of safety, the device's radiation leakage is ≤1μSv/h, complying with international safety standards, and it is equipped with a rear door safety interlock and an emergency stop button to ensure operational safety.
