The XC01 is an AI intelligent SMD X-Ray reel counter. It adopts an 80kV maintenance-free sealed microfocus X-ray tube and a 430mm ultra-high-definition digital flat panel detector, supporting reels up to 17 inches and finishing counting in merely 7-10 seconds.

Its free permanently upgraded deep learning AI algorithm recognizes components as small as 01005, delivering counting accuracy up to 99.99%. It integrates auto barcode/QR scanning, automatic label printing, work order recording, and connects seamlessly with MES, ERP and WMS systems. Equipped with full safety interlock designs, this SMD X-Ray reel counter uploads operational data to the cloud for continuous algorithm optimization.
